Technology companies, DNA Digital & zen10 Australia today have announced the completion of their merger which comes into effect on Jan 1, 2014.

The newly formed parent company, Thomas O’Donnell Pty Ltd (Named after joint directors Mark Thomas and Dylan O’Donnell) will continue to operate both brands separately although product offerings and reseller/partner agreements may be streamlined as a result.

“We are excited about the growth we’ve seen the in online marketing industry.” Dylan O’Donnell, director of DNA Digital said. “At a time when the Australian economy faces a crossroads, and manufacturing is clearly in decline, it’s great to be a leading force in the growing knowledge economy.“

Mark Thomas, Director of zen10 Australia was also very positive about the decision to merge. “We’ve worked alongside DNA Digital since inception and so this announcement has been inevitable for some time.” He noted. “Both our companies have always competed on excellence, not price and this has allowed us to focus our efforts on doing the best for our customers – not simply to have more of them.”

Thomas O’Donnell Pty Ltd also acquired small hosting company “Cosmic Fantasia” earlier this month.
